Site Engineer (m/f/d)

Tasks:

• Support the site manager in day-to-day operations.
• Supervise subcontractors on construction sites, ensuring quality and progress.
• Prepare weekly site reports to track project development.
• Conceptualize and plan civil engineering aspects of photovoltaic systems on roofs and open spaces, including substructure systems, roads, and building structures.
• Coordinate with national building authorities and internal departments.
• Review planning documents from internal and external sources.
• Manage tendering, subcontractor selection, and service acceptance processes.
• Evaluate technical regulations and establish internal guidelines for safe operation of photovoltaic systems.
• Develop backup concepts to ensure project continuity.

Profile:

• Bachelor's degree or final year student in civil engineering, or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in building or infrastructure planning and construction.
• Interest in renewable energy technologies.
• Strong organizational skills, team player mentality, and customer-focused approach.
• Proficiency in English and Polish is essential; knowledge of German is advantageous.
