What you can expect:

We are looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) to join our team in our Farnborough office to support projects in the UK. In this role you will be responsible for all phases of an assigned project in terms of scope, time, costs, quality, resources, procurement and communication.

Tasks:

• Responsibility and control of our projects
• Involvement in negotiations with customers, including cost estimations, project schedules and scope of works
• Interface with end customers and relevant stakeholders
• Tendering, awarding, and coordination of subcontractor services
• Management of project team and monitoring of construction work
• Project calculation and acceptances
• Project controlling
• Risk management as well as quality management
• Aftercare during the warranty period
• Further development of our products, services, and business processes

Profile:

• Successfully completed studies in engineering or industrial engineering
• Several years of experience in project management, ideally in the photovoltaic industry
• Knowledge in the areas of calculation, execution planning, and contracting
• Systematic way of working, strong focus on results, assertiveness, and customer orientation
• Ability to work in a team as well as organizational skills, in accordance with the team culture provisions
• Experience with utility scale turnkey EPC contract (3 years or above)
• Business fluent in English, German language skills desirable
• Confident handling of MS 365 and ERP programs
• At least Level 7 NVQ in civil or electrical engineering
• HSE Certifications, such as: CITB test for managers and specialists; NEBOSH; CSCS back card
• Ideally project management certification (PMP or Prince2)
