Project Manager (m/f/d)

What you can expect:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (m/f/d) to oversee the execution of our projects in Poland. In this role you will be responsible for all phases of an assigned project in terms of scope, time, costs, quality, resources, procurement and communication.

Tasks:

• Financial and technical supervision of the project team and subcontractors
• Assignment and settlement of tasks
• Leading of project execution by planning, scheduling and creating the project
• Risk analysis and implementation of corrective actions
• Project calculation and acceptances
• Project controlling
• Interface to the customer from the start of the contract to final processing
• Coordination and support of the purchasing team in ordering materials and services
• Cooperation in the development of the company by creating standards, introducing changes and self-improvement

Profile:

• Master's degree in civil engineering, electrical engineering, power engineering, renewable energy sources or equivalent
• At least three years of professional experience in PV industry, construction or power engineering
• Proficiency in English and Polish is essential
• Leadership skills
• Very high commitment to project success
• Goal-oriented with the ability to motivate others
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
